I am an artist from the north east of England.

I enjoy painting in a variety of styles from subtle seascapes and landscapes to vivid modern abstracts.

I am inspired by the outdoors - skies, trees, woodland, coast etc. I like to try and give my paintings

"atmosphere and feeling" such as tranquility, calm, peace and quiet or, the other extreme in stormy scenes.

My abstracts are often my interpretation of these same natural events and scenes.

I like dogs so I often include a distant dog and its owner in my landscapes - seascapes.
